Lincoln Memorial Garden Indian Summer Festival

The Indian Summer Festival happened to fall right at the peak of Indian Summer this year. The calendar said October, but the sunshine and temperatures were entirely July. We had a perfect day out with Antoine and Isabelle, starting with the festival and finishing off with the pumpkin patch.

There were two little aliens at the Indian Summer Festival!

Ah, never mind, just our boys.

Kel requires the tongue for concentration. Here he is decorating his pumpkin.

Antoine squinting into the sunshine. It was a sunny sunny day!

Kel and I all pinked out by the tablecloth (and that sunshine again!)

Bean bag toss!

Kel making a bird feeder with popcorn and dried fruit

Boys at the pumpkin patch with all of their finds

Me and Kel with our wagon

Possibly the worst photo of me -- ever. But Kel is adorable, so I swallowed my pride and posted it. At the end of a long hot sweaty day and having eaten far too much Kettle Corn and other goodies!

Antoine smiling at the end of a fun day.
