These two have been best friends since Roger was given to Kellan (thanks Julian and Karen!) at 4 months old.

I haven't decided either (whether its a good or bad thing). Though if anything ever happens to Roger, it will quickly be very bad indeed. Kellan has loads of stuffed toys, but this one is Roger. Not just a stuffed toy. Truly a member of the family. We don't know what made him different, but Kellan latched on to him immediately and they've been inseparable ever since. He needs Roger to sleep and strokes his head and ears in bed each night. He doesn't like to nurse without Roger in his arms (which is fine because it keeps his little hands occupied -- otherwise I get a nice little dental exam and eye extraction!). I wonder how long the attachment will last and with what consequences. Watch this space.
